inspired by the knife-making heritage
of San Sebastián. It reimagines the link
between blade and handle—functionally and symbolically.

More than a knife, Coitelo is a tool-making system
for local, low-tech, sustainable production.

It bridges Basque craft and contemporary design
reactivating tradition through experimentation.
